Product Description:

The structure of Disposable Infusion Pump is consist of some of below components

Specification:

• Ethylene oxide residue should be no more than 10μg/g.
• Nominal capacity: 50ml~ 300ml.
• Nominal flow rates: 1 ~50 ml/h.
• Nominal PCA bolusvolume: 0.5 ml. or 1.0/ml
• Nominal PCA filling time: 15mim. Or 7.5min

How to use:

1. Tear offthe package and take out the infusion pump.
2. Before infusing drug solutions, please infusecertain amount of saline required for dilution first.
3. Close the clamp, take off the valve protection capon filling port, insert the syringe then push down the syringe plunger to inject the prepared medicine liquid into the silicon reservoir until the reservoir volume reaches its nominal capacity, place the valve protection cap on.
4. Open the clampand exhaust the air in the pipeline. For PCA type, do not remove the pressure disk in the process of exhausting, remove the pressure disk when there is no visible air bubble in the tube after the liquid flows out of the tube. After confirming that the liquid flows out of the connector, it can be connected to the patien

Note:

1. Do not use the product if expiry date has passed.
2. Do not use the product if the packaging has been opened or
3. When using, if you findthe reservoir ruptures or the liquid leaks into the shell or other abnormalities, please stop using immediately.
4. This product is for single use only, please do not re-use.
5. This product is supplied sterile, please do not re-sterilize.
6. Use the package immediately after opening and discard it immediately after use in accordance to local regulations.

8. According to domestic and international research data, clinical medical personnel should pay attention to the infused drugs which will interact withPVC material thus leadsto changes in drug efficacy.
9. This product should be used by medical staff. Non-medical staff should not use this product to avoid accidents.
10. The nominalflow rate was tested at room temperature (23 ± 2°C) using water for injection. The flow rate may vary due to the differences inmedication’s composition, concentration, temperature, hanging height in relation to the patient, viscosity of the fluid as well as injection pressure and shall be observed in real time under given individual circumstances.
11. Fill the reservoir in accordance with specified nominal capacity. Do not fill the device with more than nominal volume as that generally results in a faster flow rate or can cause breakage of the reservoir.
12. Please use the filterwhen filling the reservoir with drugs, in order to prevent the glass residue and medication sediment in the infusion process from causing pipeline clogging or one-way valve jamming.
13. The PCA button allows patients to self-administer an extra dosage in addition to the continuous drug infusion. Such operation shall be conducted under the guidance of medical personnel.
14. Use with caution for those in poor healthcondition, g. the weak and the old.
